Under Gretchen Whitmer’s leadership: 📉 75% of Michigan 4th graders are NOT proficient in reading. 📉 76% of Michigan 8th graders are NOT proficient in math. 📉 Reading and math scores remain 10% WORSE than before COVID. 📉 56% of Michigan children ages 3 and 4 aren’t even enrolled in school. 📉 Michigan ranks 42nd nationally in education.
