No wonder the storytelling was tough for KotCS. I liked it anyways but the pacing and the moments it had was not a good flow. It's funny tho, Indiana Jones can experience the most mysterious, interesting adventures and they don't want to have a story that's tied/related to anything aliens. Which I think it would make sense anyways. With The Dial of Destiny, it was a bit of a let down on the time travel stuff. They could've done so much better but a one time ride to a certain point of time was like watching a montage of two people going through different universes and call it a Mulitverse of Madness. I wonder what was the creative process for Dial of Destiny because I think it became the weakest film in the series imo.

"They didnโt want to do a โRaidersโ movie that involved aliens, and they kind of got into a fight with George about it," producer Kathleen Kennedy recalls. "They were not 100 percent on board, which is why the movie, out of the four that Steven made, is the weakest."
George Lucas adds: โI wanted it to be kind of a โWar of the Worldsโ sort of thing. Seeing posts that engages in negativity in a way and reading people's replies under it is pretty interesting when you look all of it. The different type of baits for gaining engagement points and what not. This is not the kind of internet stuff I expected but it was sure to happen anyways. Here I am, typing and posting in social media in hypocritical way which is also a normal thing too. It's strangely crazy and I hate it.
