Great stuff and spot on from Mr. Marcano at Rooted in Growth Leadership. I wish I had someone telling me things like this as a young, college athlete! “Your sport is what you do, but it’s not who you are”.

As an Ag major, I learned about taproots vs. fibrous roots. I didn’t know it then, but that lesson and God’s timing became the heart of Rooted in Growth Leadership. Strong leaders are like taproots: anchored in purpose, steady in storms, and rooted in Him. #RootedInGrowth
