BTS of the S.E.A Bound by Shrim Paste Shibari (instagram) Yes we have done our first 3-day classes, performances, and rope jams It was my first time to host such a long event, it was exhausting and yet, very fulfilling, to see all the students are progressing from beginner to intermediate level. Special thanks to @RopeTeaTime for sponsoring the event venue, without it we wouldn't be able to run this event at such tight budget And @onecondoms.my (instagram) for the support on promoting safe and smooth sex Last but not least for all the Riggers that hosted this event Thank you for making this come true From a spark of idea that come from our conversation, to the endless video call discussion; everyone chipped in to plan, execute and move the needle Thank you 🙇🏻‍♂️ @jeruttali @RopeMongrel @pawinpunn @_ginagapos @RopeAkeshi @deeptrance1 TLDR Many of the participants has asked me during the event why are we pricing it at such a low price on the event pass Indeed, but we are doing this because we wouldn't want to gatekeep the knowledge. We know the pain of unable to pursue to learn Shibari simply because of financial constraints. (Which is why personally I always priced my class way cheaper than my private session) none of us are doing this for the money, but to return to the community because we didn't have this in the past. The classes are designed in the way to teach all the safety one should know when proceed with shibari, for both the riggers and bunnies; because we do not want more injury stories that was caused by improper technique For those who attended the event, I hope you continue to practice and help spread the knowledge to those who are passionate about Shibari, knowledge are not meant to be kept secret, but spread.
