One of a few 8-series derivatives cancelled when BMW had second thoughts about the gloriously bombastic 1980's machine (as well as the early 90's recession). This cabriolet was also used as the basis of the Bentley Java concept.

UK car sales down 6.3 per cent in January.
Diesel sales down 25.6 per cent, down to just 35.9 per cent market share.
Electric/hybrid sales up 23.9 per cent, up to 5.5 per cent market share.
