Call of the Night has genuinely ruined all other Romance anime for me, especially with how good S2 was. Watched both seasons of Dangers in My Heart bc ppl online were calling it the modern best in the genre and it was genuinely a struggle to watch.

I’m mad conflicted on Tom Sawyer Isle and The Mark Twain bc it’s a pretty area/ride and cars is a shallow, money-minded replacement, but I went on both today and damn that’s a lot of representation of the culture that front-ran Native American genocide :/

I was thinkin about it, and the problem really is just that it’s fuckin Cars LOL. If the replacement was like our own New Orleans square or something else with a little more tact and class, there would not be this much of a fuss imo.
