🦋OK, I did it. This was my favourite platform - the one where I was most likely to find inspiring articles, beautiful artworks & dorky wit. Hoping to find something similar once again! I hope those of you I only know here will find me over there, where I remain yours, Rothweeee.

A fantastic pause in cataloguing spent incoherently babbling at Tom and Dominic about the Annals of the Four Masters and the Cathach.
Huge thanks to @RIAdawson for hosting us this morning: recording two episodes of @TheRestHistory on the Irish War of Independence with massive Friend of the Show, Paul Rouse

Replying to @eircare
@eircare Hi, I can't access app or any customer support by phone as I can only find one account number in one email, which isn't recognised. Installer told me I didn't need the phone number that came with my broadband as I wasn't using the phone service and threw the paper away.

How can I find the relevant ID numbers for my account? Would really appreciate if a real person would get in contact and provide my account ID information.

Enjoying @totallydublin over my Sunday coffee & thrilled to see @ITMADublin's excellent publication on Pigot featured! However, as romantic as 'lost' manuscripts may be, I'm sorry to say they're mundanely catalogued & available for public consultation. 😉 ria.ie/collections/archival-…

Saw Oswald Reeves' lovely tabernacle in the Honan Chapel over Christmas... ashamed to say I didn't know he did the war memorial in the church I sing in (Phibsboro) until I spotted it in Nicola Gordon Bowe's selected writings the other day!

✨Written at age 15, "Oíche Nollag" from Máire Mhac an tSaoi's wonderful collection, Margadh na Saoire (1956). Published by renowned Irish language publishers, Sáirséal agus Dill and cover design by Anne Butler Yeats, this copy comes to us via the Máire Ní Chinnéide collection.✨

Very busy and tiring day helping to organise the @LaiRBG annual seminar today, but having seen this Instagram post from the wonderful Folded Leaf press, I would say our objectives are achieved and I couldn't be happier! 🫡

Privileged to live in Ireland's maddest constituency. I'll be insulating the attic with this pile. Still waiting on The Monk to call...

Our tiny choir started practicing carols with hardcore banqueting hall vibes. I said I felt like I should be wearing cross-gartered yellow stockings and they laughed heartily at my joke. I feel so seen. 🥹 open.spotify.com/track/6F1iw…

🎁We need your support once again.❤️🖤 Bohemian FC, collaborating with @BangBangD7 in our eight annual Toy Drive, is aiming to raise €55,000 to bring joy and hope during the festive season to children living in Direct Provision. This is made possible logistically by the @TheRDS who provide space, @SmythsToysIRE who assist with toy selection and our long term partners @DHLExpressIre who deliver in their sleighs. 👉Donate here: gofund.me/6e1d89a7 Thanks to all you sound heads, we've been able to demonstrate the generosity of Irish people to thousands of children over the years. Since 2017, what began with gifts for 100 kids in Clondalkin has grown into a powerful community effort, reaching children in Direct Provision across Ireland. Every year, our collective effort has grown, and with it, the impact you’ve had on so many young lives. As one 7 year old told us last year "thank you for not forgetting about us".
