DO NOT install The Cisco recommend IOS-XE release 17.3.3. TAC confirmed a P2 Bug - mem leaks leading to max CPU and switches crashing all over the place. In a world of pain right now. Bug not listed in open caveats. Should have been resolved in this OS. bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugs…

False positive for SHA256 779c90c974a4f1d927070cbff0d17f5d1daf7bd631603530a408c15ba7bd534b which is a Microsoft update file creates a lot of alerts for Cisco Meraki customers today.
Test from home, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 is really really fast, they sit right on the GIX in Stockholm. Normally using OpenDNS, however their DC in Copenhagen is under maintenance right now, OpenDNS anycast points to Amsterdam instead, explains the bad RTT.
