Rowan Stringer was a 17 yr old rugby player who succumbed to complications of undiagnosed concussions. Rowan's Law is the 1st provincial protocol in Canada.

My son suffered a concussion playing soccer. He was given quick medical attention, assessed & protocol followed. He wasn't rushed back. After he failed the first test to play again he remains sidelined. Thanks to @RowansLaw his health and safety was put first. #OUA #headsmatter

I first met Rowan’s parents in person @Kattham19 and @Rowans_Dad when presenting them the 1st PINK Concussions Award in Feb 2016. Their 2014-15 advocacy to change the status quo in Rowan’s memory was a huge inspiration to me as I launching PINK. @RowansLaw #RowansLawDay
