Dad just filmed the neighbor w/his dog of the leash & sent it to the HOA's attorney. He's the Ahole who turnD dad in & got him fined $300

Sometimes I refuse to eat out of my food bowl and my dad grabs a handful and spreads it out on the floor beside my bowl.
