At this point TRADE HURTS. If they truly feel like he's the one holding us back and Nick has the answers.
It's obvious they cannot coexist and give narrative they want is it's a hurts problem. So get rid of him and let's see if it makes us better.

@AmericanAir it’s disgusting that the supervisor on duty says he doesn’t care that my wife arrived at her destination with no clothes. Doesn’t care that she has to return to the airport at midnight to get the bag that’s arriving at 11:44pm just so she can go to work tomorrow.
