The consistency of our group continues to impress & inspire. I love the local woman (between La Rau and Dave) who lives in Kentucky, but knows of us and for a 2nd time joined while she was back visiting her family. And welcome Dexter Mel for a 2nd week! I think we've hooked her!

The man had fallen from a tree onto a splintered tree stump, which had impaled his shoulder and trapped him to the ground. He remained there for 14 hours until a group of runners saved him. trib.al/GZsAhUS
