Working on violent hips to create separation coming out the break. Come of the ball hard to eat up the DB’s cushion, make the DB turn those hips. #RRU

Working on the box drill, working on the dig and out route in the box drill. We want be able to come out of our breaks quicker to create separation from the DB. One way is to take two steps when you break down at the top of your route and come out of your break. #RRU
