Two totally different strategies unfolding early on the up-run:
🏃♂️ Men: Mahau Rasogo has broken away! Leading in 40:35 (3:26/km) with a massive 2-minute gap over the chasing pack.
🏃♀️ Women: A tight tactical pack! Dominika Stelmach leads (50:14) with Gerda Steyn right on her shoulder ( 0.78s). The top 6 women are all within 6 seconds of each other.
