Customer Noticeโ๏ธ
On Thursday 13th August the Leg's, Bum's & Tum's class will be 12:00 - 12:45 as oppose to 10:00-10:45 to enable us to find cover.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Bring your own exercise matt

Bring a full drinks bottle
โ
Maintain social guidelines

Follow our signage
โ Do not bring a towel

โ๏ธ Punch bag reinstated
โ๏ธ Additional bikes added to the fitness suite

Junior Gym sessions are now available to book via the app and on our website. Sessions now run Monday-Friday 3-4pm and Saturday's & Sunday's 11am-12pm.
