I always wanted this app, but SMS apps needing internet permission are always concerned me.
Even with encryption, if data isn't cloud-stored, removing internet access seems safer, as dev promises alone don't prevent data transmission.
Most similar apps have internet permission.
Finally Open Beta of Expense manager is live for everyone to test & give feedback π

βIβm thinking of shifting Shortcut Makerβs minimum support from Android 7 to Android 9. This lets me focus on new features instead of legacy code maintenance. π

Yes, in the latest update, the search widgets no longer work as they used to. I'll fix that and make the feature selection the same as before. For now, I recommend you set the default search widget to "Pixel Search" by @RushikeshDesign .

This is one of the features that never made it to the play store.
Now that I'm working on revamping the app from scratch. I'm going to implement this as well.
Just 1 question: do you prefer to use this to quickly switch between icons from packs or shapes? π€

I have always wanted to implement this since the early days of the shortcut maker. But not that I have enough knowledge and the app is bug free (for the most part), I finally started working it for shortcut icon.

Finally tackling the [Shortcut Maker] update! π οΈ
Since it was my first app, the code is... a mess. No comments, zero optimization & files everywhereπ.
Cleaning it up piece by piece now.
Heads up: Iβll have to make some design shifts that might be polarizing. Updates soon! π

This Google's floating navigation bar is likely to appear across more apps in the near future, potentially rolling out before or alongside Android 17-an evolution already teased in the Material 3 Expressive intro video.
