🧀🌿 Bringing local cheese closer to the table in Sokobanja 🇷🇸
On 27 April, dairy farmers and cheese producers from Boljevac met with Hotel Sunce through a Living Lab session under the RUSTIK project to connect local producers with tourism businesses.

🤝 A concrete outcome: Hotel Sunce will begin trial purchases across the producers’ product range.
Based on guest feedback, this could turn into regular sourcing, creating a stronger link between agriculture and tourism.
