Does anyone know what this porcelain mark is? I know it's vintage, made in Germany, but would like to know what the "T" stands for. It's on the bottom of a shaving brush holder made as a souvenir.

Can anyone help with translation or information? This mark is on the bottom of a bowl in the Collection. The only information we have is that it is oriental. I've tried Google translate on the mark and nothing.... Thank you :)

#Museum30 and #Technology - how about this cigarette machine that once stood outside a local shop. It had to be taken apart so it could be screwed to the wall, giving us a good luck inside. Unfortunately any repairs it needed are out of warranty!

#Museum30 and #Hands - even the adults get busy at our crafty sessions. This was taken in the summer holidays, making seaside themed hanging decorations with mosaics.

#Museum30 and #Frame - I love the frame on this painting by Laura Happerfield. She lived in the Village in The Street. Much of her work featured Bath and Bristol, and was asked to do a miniature for the doll's house at Windsor Castle.

#Museum30 and #travel - for this day, I couldn't miss out a Southdown Bus. 🚌 This is a great shot of the Route 66 to Arundel pulling out of Claigmar Road. The Street has changed a bit since 1955, but we still have the regular bus service through the Village.

#Museum30 and #Storage - it has to be our brand new art racking!! 😍 We now have somewhere safe and accessible to put all of our artworks and big flat things like church clocks. This is thanks to a Collections Care grant from South East Museum Development

#Museum30 and it's yellow day! This is a little yellow ticket from the local WI group. Rustington was home to several Suffragists, like Rhoda Garrett (Millicent Fawcett's cousin) and Lady Maude Parry. Also Suffragette Dame Ethel Smyth.

#MuseumTwitter - we need your help! Whilst sorting through boxes of files, maps and other paraphernalia all about Rustington from a local historian, we came across these two images. But we have no clue where or who they are... Can anyone help identify them??

They chose the best place for day at the beach :)☀️
It's #InternationalPicnicDay, so we wanted to share this photograph of the senior pupils of St Michael's School, East Grinstead enjoying a picnic at Rustington (@RustingtonMuse1) in July 1925. Well, the senior pupils are enjoying it, the Nun sitting in the sun seems less keen!
