BREAKING: President Biden scores a huge victory as a stunning new report reveals that clean energy jobs grew in every single state last year — including a whopping 19% in the American coal mining heart of West Virginia. But it gets even better... According to the analysis, the U.S. added 21,000 power generation and supply jobs between January 2021 and March 2023. The vast majority of this job growth occurred after August 2022 — right after President Biden signed the historic Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS and Science Act into law. The number includes 8,000 solar power generation jobs, 2,000 wind power jobs, and 1,000 hydroelectric power jobs. Overall, employment in power generation grew by 7% — a rate of increase that seemed unthinkable during the pro-fossil fuel Trump years. Crucially, this analysis proves definitively that President Biden's promise to America that creating a truly green economy will offset any jobs lost as the fossil fuel industry winds down. As climate change worsens, green energy is becoming more important than ever. Republicans refuse to even admit that climate change is real.
