Today we celebrate the founding of the greatest land force in the history of the world. The U.S. Army turns 251 years old, and its commitment to defending liberty has never wavered. I am proud to have served in the Army in Vietnam. Happy Birthday to the Army.

I don’t just talk about protecting the unborn. I take action. As a lifelong pro-life champion, I passed Tennessee’s Heartbeat Bill and I have never backed down from defending the sanctity of life. When the radical left comes for our values, I will always stand in the gap.

Supporting our local dairy farmers is supporting Tennessee. This June, I encourage everyone to buy local, visit a farm, and take a moment to appreciate the hard work that goes into every product on your grocery store shelf.

This session, I co-sponsored the Regulatory Freedom Act. Small businesses need less government, more freedom, and keep more of THEIR money in THEIR own pockets. I am proud to be cutting red tape and slashing unwarranted regulations!

Thank you to the East TN Republican Club for another wonderful meeting. Our state leads in low taxes, more freedom, and we are the envy of the nation. I am proud to serve you in the state senator and ask for your support once again this August in the Republican Primary! 🇺🇸

I am proud to receive Americans For Prosperity’s State PAC endorsement. This is an honor given to legislators who champion education freedom, defeat burdensome regulations, and unleash the power of small businesses. It is an honor to serve!

National Cancer Survivors Day is a celebration of life. Of second chances. Of the doctors, nurses, researchers, and loved ones who made survival possible. Today we give thanks for all of them.

June 6, 1944. Under fire, into the unknown, with everything on the line; and American soldiers charged forward anyway. That is the spirit this nation was built on. Never forget D-Day.

Before you write it off, check UnclaimedProperty.TN.gov. Tennessee's Treasury holds unclaimed funds from old accounts, policies, and refunds. The search takes two minutes and it's completely free.

From the Capitol to Neyland Stadium is 181 miles. Tennessee has funded 186 miles of water and sewer lines under Governor Lee, a tangible measure of what it looks like to invest in the people and communities of this state. It is an honor to serve.

Strong infrastructure creates stronger communities. 💪 During @GovBillLee’s administration, TNECD's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program has funded 186 miles of water and sewer lines across the state, a distance longer than the 181 miles between the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville and Neyland Stadium in Knoxville. These investments are supporting economic opportunity, improving quality of life and strengthening infrastructure for Tennesseans across the state. 👏 #SoundsLikeTN

When you trust us with your child’s education in a public school, it becomes our job to keep them safe during school hours. We passed my bill, SB2423, which prohibits certain unhealthy artificial dyes in school nutrition programs. We are working to protect our children.

The Volunteer State turns 230 today. What makes Tennessee great isn't just its history, it's the people who live it every single day. Happy Birthday to the greatest state in the union.

I’m dadgum proud to have my friend @timburchett's support in this race for re-election. I appreciate the hard work you’re doing for us in D.C., and we’ll keep on protecting Tennessee here in the State Senate.

Tennessee just passed a budget that invests substantially in economic development and maintains a balanced ledger. Strong economy. Strong finances. That's the formula.

National Foster Care Month celebrates the heart of Tennessee's foster families. Last year, I helped pass HB1359, which strengthens legal protections for children in the foster system, ensuring dignity and security for our most vulnerable youth.

We are kicking foreign adversaries off of Tennessee’s land. This year, I sponsored SB2424, which bars prohibited foreign parties, like China, Russia, and Iran, from investing in residential, commercial, or vacant properties in Tennessee. Tennesseans come first, not our enemies.

It was an honor for to help in the dedication of a new memorial honoring the 14 fallen Happy Valley students that gave the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our nation's freedom. Several gave their lives fighting in the Vietnam War during the same years that I served in that war.
