An industry PR (who's sent me 4 emails in 24hrs alone trying to get coverage for their clients) is trash-talking me on social media. What kind of strategy is that? Before you pay someone to get you quoted in the media, do check if they conduct themselves professionally first.

At the start of maternity leave I worked with the BBC for a piece on nostalgia so it felt very fitting to spend my last day of maternity leave filming a segment for BBC's Morning Live. Today with a strong will and a soft heart, I'm back at work.
