“This course was designed to enhance your ability to navigate complex and sometimes, seemingly impossible situations. There are, however, certain qualities that it cannot give you that you must personally cultivate. The first is courage. You will not always have guarantees, and for some, this can create paralysis. Good judgement is developed through experience, collaboration and the humility to learn from mistakes and adjust course when necessary. The third is purpose, which comes from knowing precisely what you are fighting for. Esteban Gómez Nadal, Group CEO of e7 Group, joined the Executive Dialogue at the Africa CEO Forum 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda.  The panel explored the growing role of South-South capital in reshaping greenfield FDI across Africa: the pace and scale of GCC investment, how it compares to legacy FDI sources, and what it takes to move from delivering assets to building ecosystems. Local supplier integration, workforce development, technology transfer, regional value chains built to last.  For e7 Group, this is already in practice. Rwanda was not a market we chose by default. President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined thousands of fans as RSSB Tigers defeated Petro de Luanda 90–88 to become BAL Season 6 champions, the first Rwandan team to lift the trophy.

This evening, President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined a full BK Arena for the Basketball Africa League (@theBAL) Season 6 Final game between Rwanda’s RSSB Tigers and Angola’s Petro de Luanda. RSSB Tigers were crowned champions after a hard-fought 90–88 victory, becoming the first Rwandan team to win the BAL title since the league was launched in 2021.

This afternoon at the Kigali Convention Centre, President Kagame held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Samia Suluhu Hassan @SuluhuSamia, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, who is in Kigali attending the Nuclear Energy Innovation Summit for Africa #NEISA2026. On the sidelines of the Summit, the two Heads of State witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the energy sector between the Republic of Rwanda and the United Republic of Tanzania, further committing to advancing shared energy development goals.
