- Howie Roseman wanted a 1st & "another high-end pick"
- Wolf told Roseman βIf you get a 1 and a 2...do it.β
- Pats-Eagles talks picked back up in late March
- Roseman still wanted the '27 first, Wolf shot that down
- The Pats were willing to trade the '28 first
- Philly gave their trainers the OK to send the Pats scans (April 1st)
- Philly wanted a '27 pick "on the higher end" to be part of the deal
- Wolf offered a '27 seventh...They "landed in the middle" with the fifth and closed the deal last Monday.
