For years @PioneerSeedsCA’s 25R40 has ruled for yield but now 25R64 lays in wait to usurp that throne. R64 (pictured here last week north of Brucefield ON) starting to show its characteristic deep green colour.
Will R40 retain the crown, or will R64 dethrone it? Time will tell

I have a love ❤️ hate 💔relationship with yield monitors. They are great for determining yield variability and assisting with VRF and other management practices. BUT they are no so great 🤔for using them as a seed selection tool for corn🌽🌽 hybrids. #ontag
