IF YOU DRIVE A CAR IN PA, YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO SEE THIS! New law takes effect this Friday! 🚨🚗
Paul Miller’s Law has been in effect in Pennsylvania since June 5, 2025, but beginning June 5, 2026, drivers can now receive a $50 citation PLUS court costs and additional fees for holding or using a handheld phone or electronic device while driving.
That includes while stopped at a red light or sitting in traffic.
Hands-free use is still allowed through Bluetooth, voice commands, or mounted devices. However, under the law, you cannot press more than a single button to answer or use the device.
Put the phone down. Safer roads start with all of us.
