I’ve never once played League of Legends or gleaned any of its mythology, but #Arcane is the best thing on television right now. The writing is bold, surprising and evocative, the direction is risk-taking, and the animation is a renaissance masterpiece. It’s incomparable.

[Morning Satellite Imagery] This visible satellite loop shows the areas of dense fog dissipating. But also shows the areas of hazy smoky skies from the western wildfires, seen as the thin milky looking enhancement seen across VT, NH, and eastern NY, moving into northwestern MA.
