I think entrance music is one of the most underrated success factors in professional wrestling. The right music can take somebody to another level. The wrong music can hold somebody back before they even walk through the curtain. It creates instant recognition. It triggers an emotional response before the wrestler even comes out. It tells the audience who that character is before they’ve done anything. It amplifies the crowd reaction, and over time it becomes part of that wrestler’s identity. It’s one of the very few things in wrestling that can completely change the feeling in an arena within seconds. I’ve always thought it’s a much bigger deal than a lot of people realize.
Former WWE music composer Jim Johnston calls WWE/AEW music ā€œreally mediocreā€: ā€œI felt a great responsibility, like part of these guy’s careers and successes were in my hand. The music now in WWE and in AEW, I’m sorry if this is mean, it’s all really homogenous and really mediocre and it doesn’t have anything to do with the characters. And I think that’s why there are less big stars. I don’t think that there are no potential big stars on the rosters hiding there. Before Steve Austin was Steve Austin, he was The Ringmaster and there are lots of stories like that. These people need the right storyline, the right costuming and definitely the right music to lift them up.ā€ (Chris Van Vliet)

🚫 Failure does not exist with a Feed Me More Hungry mindset. Winners understand that not everything is going to go according to plan. We learn. We adapt. We evolve. And most importantly, we keep going. The people who succeed aren’t afraid to try, fail, try again, fail again, and keep showing up. Why? Because they understand that one big win can erase years of setbacks and everything that didn’t go our way. There will always be people who try to relive our failures over and over. Not because of us, but because it makes them feel better about never taking the risk themselves. They’re projecting their jealousy and insecurities onto those who refuse to quit. The world admires people who keep fighting. People who refuse to give in. People who find a way to succeed regardless of the obstacles placed in front of them. Don’t be afraid to go for the win. We have to want what we want more than we fear what we don’t want. And if they don’t pay our bills, pay them no attention. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! šŸ”„šŸ’Ŗ

šŸ‘ Congratulations to Bronson Reed on bettering himself and getting into even better shape. In my opinion, that will only help prolong his career and make him better than he’s ever been. What’s interesting is how often pro wrestlers get criticized no matter what they do. Mason Rook gets attacked for how he looks. CM Punk gets attacked for how he looks. Bronson Reed gets attacked for how he looks. Maybe the problem isn’t the pro wrestlers. Maybe the problem is the person constantly critiquing the pro wrestler. Happiness is a choice. Support people who are putting in the work to better themselves. The world needs more of that. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! šŸ’ŖšŸ”„

šŸ’Æ We live in an era where a lot of people want access to us, but don’t always want to see us win. They’ll follow our journey, watch our stories, keep up with everything we’re doing, and sometimes never like, share, comment, or support a single thing we create. Some will even smile to our face while speaking negatively behind our back. That’s okay. The Feed Me More Hungry mindset teaches us that this isn’t something to be angry about—it’s something to understand. Every person is a reflection of their current mindset, habits, and where they are in life. We don’t need to hate them, judge them, or carry resentment toward them. We simply recognize who belongs in our inner circle and who doesn’t. The people who genuinely support others, celebrate wins, encourage growth, and operate from abundance usually continue growing in all meaningful areas of life. The people consumed by gossip, jealousy, and negativity often remain exactly where they are. Protect your peace. Stay focused on your purpose. Keep moving forward. And let your results do the talking. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! Hungry šŸ”„

Maybe dogs are happier because they don’t spend their time wishing they were somewhere else, someone else, or doing something else. They love their people, appreciate the simple things, and live fully in the present moment. Gratitude and generosity are the gateways to abundance, and dogs seem to understand that naturally. They’re grateful for every meal, every walk, every moment of attention, and they give their love freely in return. Maybe happiness is a lot simpler than we make it.

🚫 No Complaining. Just Training. šŸ’Ŗ Complaining is a lot like running in place. It feels like we’re doing something, but we’re not actually moving forward. If we need to acknowledge a problem, state it from a neutral standpoint. Identify it for what it is, without attaching frustration, anger, or negative energy to it. The goal isn’t to ignore reality—it’s to see it clearly so we can focus on the solution. The more time we spend emotionally investing in a problem, the less time and energy we have available to resolve it. A challenge is a challenge. An obstacle is an obstacle. Once we’ve identified it, our focus should shift to what we can do next. The less we complain, the more we create. The less we react, the more we progress. No complaining. Just training. Keep moving forward one day at a time. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

It’s interesting how much time and energy can be spent on things completely outside of our control. Imagine if even a fraction of that energy was redirected toward the things we can influence in our own lives. The positive impact would be extraordinary. Feed Me More!

Gratitude and generosity are the gateway to abundance. The more grateful we are for what we already have, and the more willing we are to give without expecting anything in return, the more opportunities, growth, and fulfillment we tend to attract into our lives. With the Feed Me More Hungry mindset, we understand that complaining doesn’t move us forward. Life will always present challenges, setbacks, and obstacles. When we do talk about our problems, let’s do it from a neutral position—not as victims, but as problem-solvers. Acknowledge the situation, accept reality, and then get to work on the solution. Energy flows where focus goes. If we focus on gratitude, generosity, growth, and taking action, we create momentum. If we focus on excuses, negativity, and constant complaining, we stay stuck. Stay grateful. Stay generous. Stay Hungry. Keep showing up and doing the work one day at a time. Tag a friend who’s committed to growth, gratitude, and staying Hungry through life’s challenges. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

The Feed Me More Hungry mindset isn’t about pretending negativity doesn’t exist. It’s about refusing to let it control us. There will always be people who doubt us, criticize us, judge us, and try to project their fears, insecurities, and bitterness onto our lives. The mistake is believing we have to carry that weight ourselves. We don’t. The strongest among us aren’t the ones who never face negativity. They’re the ones who face it every day and refuse to become negative themselves. The storm can rage around us. The comments can come. The opinions can fly. But when we’re grounded in purpose, gratitude, discipline, and self-belief, none of it can touch us. The Feed Me More Hungry mindset is about turning obstacles into opportunities, setbacks into lessons, and negativity into fuel. Every challenge is a chance for us to grow stronger. Every critic is a reminder for us to keep building. Every setback is an opportunity for us to rise. Most importantly, we can’t let their bitterness become our bitterness. When we allow someone else’s negativity to steal our peace, we’ve given away something far more valuable than our attention. Stay focused on what we’re building. Stay grateful for where we’re going. Stay disciplined in the pursuit of our goals. The storm may surround us, but it never has to become us. Stay grateful. Stay positive. Stay Hungry. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! HUNGRY

I’ve always liked Chad Gable. He has the look and the intensity it takes to be a great professional wrestler. He’s thrived in every role he’s ever been given, and I believe that if WWE chooses to, he could become an even bigger asset to the company than he already has been. Whether it’s as Chad Gable or El Grande Americano, he’s consistently made the most of every opportunity and continues to prove why he’s one of the most talented performers on the roster. What are your thoughts? Let me know what you think. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
