I donβt care how they try to spin it seeing a Black boy on trial in front of an all white jury is crazy to me. Can argue the case all day but acting like race donβt play a role in how people view these situations is just being willfully blind. It was decided what he deserved before he ever had a chance to be judged fairly.

He has multiple grounds for an appeal. He had an all white jury in a racially charged case. The district attorney removed potential Black jurors during jury selection without strong, race neutral reasoning, which is called a "Batson Violation". The judge had errors in his instructions to the jury on what self defense is.
