It's of course extremely rare that a top 5 pick ever gets traded but #Streets are saying Canucks have had conversations about trading down and are open to the idea.

Obvious obstacles aside (he's 5'10, 168), Galvas had a really good D 2 season. He's ranked in the 50-70s range by some outlets--maybe wouldn't take him that high, but if you're a team with multiple 4ths/5ths, have some fun and take the swing
