Since its’ launch, we have awarded over $5000 in grants to 8 recipients. Now, as we prepare for another round of applications in 2024, we are looking for donors to contribute to our fund.

ALT We know South Asian & Tamil young women and gender diverse communities experience barriers in navigating their careers and finding meaningful employment opportunities.
To better understand these career and employment barriers and co-design solutions with the community, South Asian & Tamil women’s collective has recently been awarded funding to lead an important research project. With support from Ontario Trillium Foundation and Agincourt Community Services Association, the collective will be leading a community-based research project to better understand the career development and employment needs of South Asian & Tamil young women and gender diverse communities (ages 18- 30) across the GTA.
