Amazon AWS outage is causing temporarily degraded service to SBI Crypto servers located in the US.
Our US endpoints auto switch to eu1 and jp1 regions, but if you still experience issues you can connect directly to those.

Amazon has resolved issues & all of our US servers are back at 100%
We do our best to mitigate issues out of our control like these with failover & multi regions. We also recommend setting secondary pool servers: our other pool servers or 3rd party pools to protect your hashrate
