Another @volvopentauk fault attended to in Ramsgate yesterday, rectifying a leg trim issue, and a diagnostic check of both engines. Fault found and dealt with in a short time, yet another Volvo customer very happy with our knowledge and service levels! #volvopentainkent

Turbo replacement on a Fairline Targa 33 and this @volvopentauk 41 series engine due to exhaust housing corrosion. Already done the port engine, so starboard changed, sea trialled at 30 knots! Another happy customer 😎

A commercial craft with a @volvopentauk D6-310 engine in for cylinder head removal for repairs. Pic taken with the top cover off and starting the teardown. Awkward with half the engine being under the deck makes getting to the timing chain difficult but now have the head off!

Workshops busy with a pair of @volvopentauk 42 series engines in for full rebuild. Crankshaft away on the first one for a grind to sort journal damage. Lots of small bits to do but in great shape really for >5000 hours. Email us for VolvoPenta in Kent.

Minor repairs on this little Nanni N2.10 engine, sorting out a couple of minor water leaks for a customer in Ramsgate. Seals in the sea water pump and the thermostat housing leaking on the cooling water side of things. Great little engines these. @ARPeachment

Work completed on cooling system overhaul on a pair of @volvopentauk D4-210 engines. I supplied and fitted these back around 2007, so good to see all in good shape and been running very well. SBMarine now back on board and continuing to look after the boat for the same owner.

Elderly @volvopentauk 431A rebuild almost nearing completion. This has had a full strip down, rebore, o/s pistons and rings, all new bearings and full gasket kits along with cylinder head overhaul, new valves, pushrods etc etc. Just a nice coat of the lovely red paint to go!

Locking out at Gillingham marina for sea trials to test cooling systems

Pair of the solid @volvopentauk KAD32 engines that have had cooling system problems has been brought in for repairs. With new injector sleeves on one engine, seals and O rings on the other, both engines are now singing their supercharger song, and not leaking or overheating!
