Our inquisitive pre-schoolers took to the community garden armed with an ID sheet & magnifying glasses to count the butterflies as part of #BigButterflyCount survey. Learning about conservation & caring for nature is an integral part of our young adventurerβs day .#Broadheath

The children pass several oak trees on their walk to preschool which sparked an interest in looking at their wavy edged leaves & acorns nestled in a tiny cup which turns from green to brown. A lovely start to the new term. Welcome back everyone!π π π #broadheath #eyfs #Autumn

As if less than 50 cm is an acceptable space for pedestrians! This must be contravening some accessibility legislation? Which bright spark thought it would be a good place to put it at a pinch point where a shared cycle/walk pavement and a footpath intersects. #Broadheath
