The Housing Authority owns nearly 3,500 multi-family housing units in Santa Clara County with 1,300 units in our development pipeline! This Affordable Housing Month, we shine a light on our work to grow our housing supply by acquiring and rehabilitating housing.

SCCHA has been a partner in Santa Clara County’s Community Plan to End Homelessness, working with stakeholders across our community to ensure more people can remain stably housed. Together we have exceeded our goal of housing 20,000 people!
