Hello from The Lounge – While the lounge is open 24 hours throughout the conference, the virtual space must refresh every 4.5 hours. Lounge attendees may need to leave and re-enter during this refresh period. Should this happen, please come back in!

If you refresh the conference platform and return through the Lounge page (scms.us2.pathable.com/the-lo…), it will ensure you always enter the active version of the Lounge.

Where you can run into issues: if you keep a tab open to the Lounge on your computer, then try later that day to go in using that same tab, chances are that you will experience a Lounge closure.
