A thread to clarify my standard for a SCOTUSgami:
In the spirit of other -gami’s, they shouldn’t be too frequent. To achieve this, I’ve chosen to only count individual pieces of writing that are joined by unique sets of justices.

Last week, Justice Thomas wrote a concurrence in Keathley v. Buddy Ayers Construction, which Justice Gorsuch joined. Since Gorsuch joined the Supreme Court in 2017, there have been 55 opinions joined by only him and Thomas, the most of any duo of justices over that time.
