It was an incredible honor to be recognized as Staff Member of the Year and to serve as District Director for Supervisor Joel Anderson. I am so grateful to work alongside a team that is deeply committed to serving our community and making government more accessible, responsive, and transparent for the people we represent. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to serve in many capacities, from scheduling and operations to community outreach and constituent services. Each role has provided a unique perspective on the importance of public service and the impact local government can have on people's lives. Looking across San Diego County, I am proud of the work our team has accomplished, the residents we have been able to help, and the positive change taking place in communities throughout the region. Public service is both a privilege and a responsibility, and I am thankful every day for the opportunity to do this work alongside such dedicated colleagues and community leaders.
