SB 81, which defines and prohibits the sale of powdered or condensed alcohol, passes on the House floor with a 56-11 vote.
SB 131 passes with a 51-17 vote. This bill extends the time period for an elected official to become a lobbyist from 1 year to 2 years.
SB 77 passes with a 47-21 vote. It requires that initiated measures & constitutional amendments have fiscal notes prepared by the LRC.
SB 59, which would delay the effective date for initiated measures and referred laws until July 1, passes with a 53-14 vote

After 8 hours of floor debate, all but 1 bill (HB 1187) passed successfully and will move on to the Senate
After reconsideration of HB 1209, it passes the House with a 46-21 vote
HB 1072, the "constitutional carry bill" passed the House today with a 37-30 vote. It will move on to the Senate.
HB 1209 which would allow the sale of real estate at the STAR Academy, fails 36-31, but there was a motion to reconsider later today.
HB 1090-- which would define certain fees incident to the extension of credit passed with a 67-0 vote
Today is cross-over day, which means we have 21 bills to get through on the debate calendar before we adjourn for the day
HB 1074, which limits certain out-of-state contributions to ballot question committees, passed in the House today with a 50-18 vote
HB 1200, which would require disclosure of top 50 donors when giving $25,000 to a ballot question committee, passes committee 9-3
