Just had an awful experience @JDOfficial at the Westgate in Oxford... shameful, rude, agreesive and unhelpful staff. All stems from the childish manager Chris and the way he runs that branch! Shame

@TherealNihal, didnβt metion last time we spoke but I run The Close Care Home in Oxfordshire for upto 90 residents. Our team really are amazing and working day and night to provide OUTSTANDING care. Nurses, Carers, chefs, housekeeping, laundry maintenance and activities! Thanks
