#RecordOfTheWeek are some Hair Ice Crust (Exidiopsis effusa) records, including this example spotted by Theresa Heal in Cwmfelinfach. This amazing fungus causes a distinctive ice formation in suitable weather conditions. Thanks to all who recorded the species during the cold snap

Our #RecordOfTheWeek today is a major milestone - our 7 millionth record was uploaded to Aderyn this week!
A large upload from eBird took us over the line, so we've picked a festive Robin as a representative record.

#RecordOfTheWeek today is Chromatomyia scolopendri, spotted in Langland Bay by Dan Forman.
This fly forms leafmines in host ferns including Hartstongue (Asplenium scolopendrium) as shown here.
