As part of the Pay It Forward Initiative, each CFW staff member were given $100 & donated it to a charity or cause that has touched their lives. Laura donated to @SHM_Brandon She lost a loved one that held this organization close to their heart. Thank you Laura♥️ #bdnmb

SAVE THE DATE Physiofirst is hosting their 17th annual Food First food drive on May 14th! This year will be a drive through event at our food bank location, 820 Pacific Avenue. We appreciate all who are able to support this amazing event for our community in need.

Our food bank is back to regular hamper pick-up hours. Monday to Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm, and Tuesday evenings 4:00pm - 5:30pm. Any donations of food or toiletry items may be dropped off Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 4:30pm. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Our Employment Resource Centre is moving! As of April 1st, you can find us at 136 11th Street. We would like to thank the Town Centre for having us for the last 5 years. We're very excited about this change and are looking forward to assisting you in our new location.
