Nobody (2021) - John Wick/Equaliser light meets Home Alone. 90 minutes of fun. Don't think about it too much, just sit back and enjoy a lot of people getting shot, stabbed and glassed. (6/10) πŸ‘πŸ”«πŸ”ͺπŸ‡·πŸ‡Ί

Scream VI (2023) - if you can look past the numerous plot holes, and some shitty attempt to talk about movie logic, this is actually a pretty fun film with some real violence. The first film without Sidney and it didn't miss her presence. (6/10) πŸ”ͺπŸ‘»

Missing (2023) - Incredibly well put together, never feels like a gimmick considering it plays out on technology alone. Some twists and turns, well written and actually makes you want to buy Mac. Good advert for 🍎 (7.5/10)

Pearl (2022) - The prequel to Ti West's "X" - Mia Goth gives an incredibly moving performance with one of the best monologues in recent horror memory. Better than the first? Probably. But all I know is I can't wait for the third. πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ/5

X (2022) - Ti West came along and breathed new life into the horror genre with his take on slasher movies. A great story with different motivations, entertaining kill scenes and a hungry 🐊. πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ/5

I mean I'm conflicted. It would have been a good one to go out on as it's so hard to get these 90's classics right in 2021/22. We'll see how this turns out. #ScreamMovie
BREAKING: Due to the success of #SCREAM (2022), β€˜SCREAM 6’ is officially in development! πŸ”ͺ🩸

The Woman in the Window (2021) - Frenzied homage that just falls flat, it's pure cheap thrills with a whacky LCD induced ending. Good cast completely wasted on this. πŸ”ͺ/5

How Halloween Kills is winning this is a mystery. That film was god awful.
Which horror movie did you like better? πŸŽ₯😱🍿

The Vanished (2020) - The twist is something you'll likely guess midway through the film, and although the run up to it is largely forgettable, this film has its moments, as fleeting as they are. 5/10

Scream (2022) - Refreshingly entertaining for a modern edition to a 90s franchise. Stays close to the source material, very funny, some great kills, original cast seemlessly integrates with the new cast. Really enjoyed it. 8/10 #ScreamMovie

There's Someone Inside Your House brings nothing new to the slasher genre. Some decent acting wasn't enough to save it from being a predictable and clichΓ©d snoozefest. πŸ”ͺ
This is well worth a listen. Basically agreed with everything the guys said, it didn't make much sense, seemed forced and the one thing it had going for it (JLC) was underutilised. #HalloweenKills #HorrorFamily

I think viewers of Squid Game fa into two categories. 1) The people who love it and hype it up. 2) The people that like it but think it's overhyped. Which one do you fall into? Or are you the unicorn that didn't like it at all?

Halloween Kills (2021) - Entertaining for fans of bloodbath slashers, but the dialogue is corny/awful, the story nonsensical and it strays so far from John Carpenters & Deborah Hills intentions that I was left shaking my head. Wouldn't watch it again. πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ

Midnight Mass (ep 5) - The best episode by far, outside the superbly entertaining story you have a dialogue that absolutely captures you immediately. Still not sure where its going but I'm enjoying the ride. πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ - Perfect 5 knives.

Nightmare on Elm Street. Was 12 when I watched that, but there was no looking back.

Midnight Mass (ep 4). Started a touch slow but it floats into a great tempo which explores characters and their motivations, fears and hopes in depth. Great ending which leaves you wanting more. Have a feeling episode 5 will be a good one. #Netflix #MidnightMass

Who's seen Midsommar? It's the next film on my list but I've read mixed things.
