Afternoon bus update: We are currently still waiting on buses 171, 173, 192, and 199 to pickup students. 176 has just been picked up!

Tomorrow, 8/12, is our first day of school! Doors open at 8:20 a.m. and school starts at 8:50. Dismissal is at 4:00 p.m. Car riders/walkers/bikers will enter/exit through the front of the school and all bus riders will enter/exit through the back. Can't wait to see everyone!

Our SJMS cheerleaders and our SJMS band welcomed our incoming 6th graders today with a Back To School pep rally! AND our SJMS STUCO worked hard behind the scenes to make sure our teachers are set with some important supplies as we start the year! We are proud of their hard work!

For our end of year service project, 6th and 7th grade AVID is sending school supplies to Kamachumo Primary School near LitRon, Kenya. Ms. Scott’s retired teacher friend will travel there this summer to teach-now w/ a bundle of supplies for a school in need. Thank you AVID fam!
