“Think of someone you know personally that’s good at math. What’s one quality they possess that makes them good at math?”
A thought-provoking beginning-of-the-year math activity from @howie_hua 🔥

Thanks Chef Amy from @TinyHomeTakeout for coming to @SJPIIsuns today to accept our donation from our Valentine's Candy-gram initiative. Thanks Grade 8's for leading the charge! Over $1800 to help THT and the satellite site @StAnthonyD_KW!
So excited to be with our Grade 4's @SJPIIsuns today as they receive the Good News! Thanks to our parish team and our Grade 4 teachers for you time and preparation! @StAnthonyD_KW@WaterlooCDSB
We are at "the Giving Tree!" Give us energy to get through the hike today! A great time to reflect on our history at SJPII and talk to people that we don't always talk to! #graduate2024
Day 2 of our Retreat Week! We are off to Camp Brebeuf to face our fears...and the weather! It will be a great day of team building, reflection and personal growth!
Day 2 of Bullying Awareness week and we focus on Empathy...it is different than showing sympathy because it is about building relationships. How can we care for others?
We also start our week celebrating our Community Breakfast with our Grade 8 students as they kick-off their Retreat Week! Pray for great weather for us!
Today will be the start of a great week! At SJPIInwe are recognizing Anti-Bullying Week with a strong message of "Be Kind"
Simple, straight forward, doable and meaningful!
🔥 Remember: Engagement isn't synonymous with fun. It's about stretching students' cognitive abilities and rewarding their efforts. Challenge is the key! 🗝️ #GrowthMindset#EduChat@LyonsLetters
