In an interview Wednesday, Knodl said he had been talking about potentially impeaching Protasiewicz as a county judge, not as a justice.
He said he saw no reason to do that now that she will be leaving the Milwaukee court for the high court.

.@GovEvers is calling another special session of the Legislature to "create a pathway" to repeal the state's abortion ban.
He's proposing a constitutional amendment to repeal the ban. GOP lawmakers ignored an earlier call from Evers for a special session to repeal the ban.
