Close call yesterday. Dad was folding up the conveyor and the shaft that it swivels on snapped. He got knocked down and bumped his head but nothing serious, luckily. Our dealership had the piece in stock so it must be something that happens. Check your swivels for cracks!

Long story short I've suddenly found myself in need of a Case flagship adapter for a macdon FD140 (pending I win a 9120 on auction tomorrow) . Anyone have one? Please RT #lexionproblems

Who out there makes a folding ladder for @JohnDeere 8RT? I guess we are too used to our challengers 😆

This was last week's project. I wish we could be planting but it's kind of nice in a way to finally have time for things like this.

Coming back from Arizona as we decend below the cloud layer into grand forks you could hear a simultaneous audible groan from all the passengers

I'm in the market for a used field loader conveyor and I don't know a lot about them. What's the preferred brand? Does it matter? It probably won't get a ton of use.

The one thing worse than an auger plugged with rotten grain is an auger plugged with frozen rotten grain

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again… Everyone wants to be the combine guy until it’s time to clean the damn thing

I've been pretty confident all fall that my vol barley won't be a problem in the spring unless it heads out... but some got pretty thick so idk 😬 Cornstalk shredder maybe?

I'll add to the enlist soybean cupping argument. I have all enlist this year, the only field that isn't cupped is the only one that didn't have stinger/widematch applied to it last year. Neighbors have extend beans all around. I'm not convinced it's dicamba's fault.

I don't think we've had enough precip to break down the clopyralid and I think enlist beans are more sensitive to it.

Even in a drought, one pass with a VT implement showing a clear advantage over no till in soybeans when seeding with a single disk drill.

Anyone know a good source for lexion cab parts? Dealer wants a fortune. Tips on cleaning would be helpful too. #mice #claas #lexion
