Close call yesterday. Dad was folding up the conveyor and the shaft that it swivels on snapped. He got knocked down and bumped his head but nothing serious, luckily. Our dealership had the piece in stock so it must be something that happens. Check your swivels for cracks!

I've been pretty confident all fall that my vol barley won't be a problem in the spring unless it heads out... but some got pretty thick so idk 😬 Cornstalk shredder maybe?

I'll add to the enlist soybean cupping argument. I have all enlist this year, the only field that isn't cupped is the only one that didn't have stinger/widematch applied to it last year. Neighbors have extend beans all around. I'm not convinced it's dicamba's fault.

I don't think we've had enough precip to break down the clopyralid and I think enlist beans are more sensitive to it.

Even in a drought, one pass with a VT implement showing a clear advantage over no till in soybeans when seeding with a single disk drill.
