A4: trying! I identify Ss strengths by paying attention to my Ss, watching how they learn, and how they work. I also talk to them and learn from them. Also giving different types of activities to bring out different strengths #falconslearn

A2: still working on adapting to new school as well as 6th grade, become beginning to use gradual release with my Ss in allowing choice in activities/assignments, as well as teaching classmates. Also, allowing Ss to reflect in their learning and use their feedback #falconslearn

A1 Student leadership to me is all about giving students the space in and out of the classroom to express their thoughts, strengths, interests, and preferences. T's should also expose Ss to opportunities that stretch them to want to try new and bigger things! #falconslearn
