Reid Detmers
Detmers has made 11 starts so far in the 2026 season. On the surface, the results look fairly average, as he owns a 4.57 ERA and 1.14 WHIP. The underlying metrics, however, paint a much more encouraging picture.

I know he had a recent blow up game against the Athletics surrendering eight runs in 5.2 innings but he rebounded quickly pitching eight innings with fourteen strikeouts versus the Rangers.

Personally, I kind of trust this and think he’s going to continue to pitch well and have that ERA come back down into the mid to low three range.
