@JioCare SR closed without resolution. No internet since 22 Sept. @reliancejio takes advance rent then stops Services in between nd doesn't provide credit in billing neither solve the problem.

Once anyone port out nd return setupbox or router, @Airtel_Presence doesn't update their records nd later gives threats and harassment calls 5 times in a day. @nch1915 doesn't take any action. @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia please help

#harrasement by @Airtel_Presence after porting out. 2 months since I deposited setup box and routers. But 5 calls in a day threatening harassing to deposit again. Contact number of person who collected but @Airtel_Presence isn't willing to update their records.

It has been 3 months to Airtel Black disconnection nd handed over setupbox and router. Inspite of this, 5 threatening calls everyday and tremendous harassment. @nch1915 have raised complaint @jagograhakjago please take action.

Agar National Helpline bhi complaint solve na kare to jarur se tension lena.. Kyuki @nch1915 @jagograhakjago ki aukat nahi hai.. jaise @reliancejio user ki complaint ko ignore marke.. Jago grahak Jago ke campaign chal rahe hai.

JioFiber 100 Mbps plan is disappointing—slow, laggy & unresponsive. Tried cancelling but was told 6 months’ already paid amount is non-refundable. Unfair policy & poor service. Will never suggest Jio to anyone. Better to go with Airtel or Tata.

See the beauty of @JioCare. Every individual asks for DM despite sharing all details multiple times since 8th Aug. Not only DM, but reminders of emails and calls. No resolution since then nd today again asking to DM the details. So, it goes on & on for everyone who joins Jio

27 Jun, New connection Activation with 1111 INR for 50 days plan.
15 days of service disturbance. 5 SR, 25 calls, 12 emails to get stabilized.
1 Aug, billing fraud.Despite I paid 1111 for 50 days, Jio sent bill of 396 INR.
