TinaCMS thanks SSW consulting for making the No.1 Markdown CMS work in China! 🇨🇳
There were 100 problems because of the Great Firewall of China, but they’re now all fixed.
One big problem was TinaCMS usually runs on Vercel, but Vercel is blocked in mainland China. It’s a classic roadblock for global teams.
SSW China built a custom GitHub Action to bypass Vercel and deploy directly to Alibaba Cloud. It worked so well that the TinaCMS team officially integrated it into TinaDocs.
China already has many TinaCMS customers, a big thanks to Fudan University (one of China's top 3 universities). They have already moved onto the new TinaCMS version. The university staff are now managing their own markdown content smoothly.
Since SSW have a Chinafy team on the ground in Hangzhou, they know how to solve problems that 1.4 billion people need fixed.
